Sharing publishes the campaign desk to the gift team (party B).
What they get
- Live table + KPI view of recipients / shipments for that campaign
- Ability to follow exceptions and contact recipients (with seats / plan gates)
- Desk chrome branded by the store (A↔B)
What they do not get
- Store Admin or Shopify credentials
- Store brand on recipient gift pages (B brands C)
How to share
From the campaign in Admin, use the share / invite flow to send the gift lead a desk invite. They sign in on giftdesk.app and open the campaign.
Store owners may also open the shared desk via allowlisted store admin email / signed Admin grant (desk SSO) when configured.
