What you see

Table of recipients / shipments with normalized status
KPI strip for the batch (prefer table + KPIs over kanban)
Exceptions that need attention
Links toward recipient gift pages and secondary carrier detail

What you do

Confirm the batch is moving
Contact recipients yourself (B↔C)
Raise or respond to tickets when Pro features are enabled

Store fulfills; you own follow-up.
