1. Sign in

Sign in with Google on the portal. Accept a desk invite from the store when you receive one.

2. Own your people

Keep the people list (roster) before and during the send — names, contacts, handoff state.

3. Use the desk

Open the shared campaign desk: table + KPI strip, exceptions, and recipient status.

4. Brand the recipient experience

Set gifter brand for emails and the gift page. Store branding stays on the desk, not on C.

5. Invite teammates

Your workspace is free for two teammates. Add more from Team seats inside the workspace when the list gets bigger.
