List campaigns

GET /api/v1/campaigns

X-GiftDesk-Shop: your-shop.myshopify.com

Returns non-demo campaigns for the shop with recipient / delivery / exception KPI counts.

Desk share tokens are never returned. Use Admin to copy or rotate desk links.
