Plans & billing
The store pays one monthly plan, billed on the Shopify App Store. Plans are sized by how many recipients you send gifts to. Recipients never pay, and the gift team you share a desk with starts free.

Recipients are counted per campaign membership each billing cycle. Past the include, overage is billed automatically at your plan's rate. You can also move up a plan for a larger include and a lower rate.
The trial has the full Pro feature set and no charge until it ends. After that, pick Starter, Pro, or Plus.
What each plan includes
- Starter: create campaigns, share one live page per gift client, and see every gift as delivered, on the way, or stuck. Problems reach the store by email.
- Pro: adds an owner for every recipient, alerts when a gift is delivered or stuck, tickets with the store, Slack, a desk password, and 24-month history. Most delivery health emails, reship requests, address checks, and ticket response times are Pro.
- Plus: everything in Pro, plus a white-label domain, CSV, and the Plus API.
Gift teams
A gift workspace is free for two teammates. The gift team can add more teammates from inside their workspace once they sign in; the price is shown there before they confirm. A store plan does not add gift-team teammates, and the gift team's workspace is billed separately from the store's Shopify plan.
